Description
The Chevrolet LUV was GM's entry into the compact truck market, a rebadged Isuzu Faster that offered fuel efficiency during the oil crisis era. The LUV's dashboard suffers from UV-induced cracking like any vehicle of this vintage, and finding replacement parts for these increasingly scarce trucks is difficult. This Dashtop molded dash cover is formed from UV-resistant ABS plastic to match the 1972-1980 LUV instrument panel, installing directly over your original factory dashboard, which must remain in place to serve as a solid foundation.
Apply the included silicone adhesive to the cleaned dash surface and position the Dashtop overlay. The precision-molded cover bonds permanently once cured, concealing all surface damage. Made in the USA and backed by Dashtop's lifetime warranty, this is one of the few purpose-built restoration parts still available for the Chevy LUV.
